For the present time, please follow any of the methods described below.

You can order by any of these methods at any time of day or night, please remember to include
your credit/debit card details for payment processing as stamps cannot be despatched until
payment has been received. In all cases it is a good idea to keep a copy of your order.

Email: Tell us exactly what you want on your stamp, plus the size, shape and other specifications,
and forward your payment details. We will confirm receipt of your order and advise when it will
be made and despatched. If you are sending an attachment, please follow the notes on files & formats.

Fax: Exactly as above, fax your order at any time to 0845 6441 355. We will contact you to confirm
receipt of your order and other details if you request it. If you are sending artwork as a guide to
what the stamp should look like, then a fax is ideal. However, because of the loss of definition on
fax transmission, finished or fine artwork should be sent by post.

Post: Exactly as above, we give the post our highest priority and you have the added option of
paying by cheque. If you are sending artwork, use First Class post and ensure that the artwork
is protected front and back by stiff card and mark the envelope ARTWORK ENCLOSED.

Telephone your order to us 9.30-5.00 Mon-Sat on 0845 6441 355, but when telephoning
please remember to have all information regarding your order and payment details to hand.
At busy times we may ask you to hold or may ask for your phone number so we can call you back.

PAYMENT

You may choose to send
your credit or debit card
details to us by email, but
we do not yet have a secure payments system set up
within this site.

You may prefer to send
us those details by fax
or post, or call between
10.00am and 4.00pm
or give them over the phone.

Esssential information

All stamps usually made within 1 working day.
All prices shown are inclusive of VAT & delivery, there are no extras*.
We want you to be satisfied with your stamp/s. The more you tell us how you want the stamp
to look, the better. However, if you are not satisfied with the results please tell us.

If corrections are due to errors on our part, there is no charge for replacement stamp/s.
If however the alterations or amendments are not due to errors on our part, we
reserve the right to charge up to the full price for re-making the stamp.

*If you want guaranteed Next Day delivery, this costs an additional £6.00.
