You will soon be able to order online.
However, the costs and complexity of setting this up for a small business mean that
this is not available for the first few weeks.

The huge range of stock might mean that an online database is slow
and complicated for our customers to use. We are therefore working on a solution which
should hopefully give you the best service and be the easiest to use.

Orders usually sent

In the meantime, here is a way of ordering from the catalogue:

To order, we suggest you open a text program like Notepad or Text Edit *(see Note below)

Resize the notepad window to something quite small, approx Post-IT note size or a little larger,
- like the example on the left. You can keep this on one side of the web page as you are browsing.

When you see a stamp you want, just type the reference number straight onto your order.
In this way, you can look through the site in any way you want, without having to think
about where you were or where that stamp was. You've always got your order on view at the
side of your screen. (What's more, we're not going to waste your time with pop-up lists and
screens that seem never to come back...)

Don't forget to add:
whether you want mounted stamps or unmounted;
your name and address;
your payment method;

Then open your email program and attach the order to it, and send it to us:

Please put your name and the word "order" in the Subject box, e.g. Stephanie Wilson's order.

(Don't use Word unless you have a very powerful computer, or an old version of Word which doesn't
make great demands on the computer's memory.

Plese note we won't send an acknowlegememt of your order unless you ask for one.
Orders are usually despatched within 2 working days.

There are four ways to order:

1. ( Use the online Order form - this will be set up soon !)

2. Email the order to us as an attachment. Please make sure you include your name and
address and all the instructions we need to supply your stamps exactly as you want them
- plus your payment details.

3. You can do all this by post just as effectively - making sure that you send
and include full instructions and delivery and payment details. A copy of our standard
Orcer Form will be included on this site soon for you to print off copies whenever you need them.

5. Telephone 0845 6441 355 (local rate) between 10.00am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday
with your order written out and payment details to hand. At busy times we may ask for your
number so we can ring you back to deal with your request fully.
